To help you manage your SSL certificates in different regions, Certificate Management Service will migrate the data of certificates in the following regions to the International region by the end of February, 2022: Chinese Mainland, Japan (Tokyo), Australia (Sydney), Germany (Frankfurt), India (Mumbai), and UAE (Dubai).
Effective date: end of February, 2022.
Impact:
The data of your certificates are not affected during the migration. After the migration, you need only to take note of the following changes when you use Certificate Management Service.

Information about how to migrate the data of a certificate will be released in the future. | The data of certificates that are in the Pending Application state in different regions will be migrated to the International region. You can submit a certificate application only in the International region. |
