Receive spam in your inbox while using Alibaba Mail.
Solution
When using the Alibaba Mail, if the inbox on the Webmail receives spam, you can handle it as follows:
Report Spam
We have the following two operation methods, as follows:
1. Select the email that you want to reject and click Report spam.
Or you may click More Actions in the upper-right corner and click Report spam and Report Phishing Mail when you view the email.
2. Select Add the address to the blacklist. Emails from this address will be sent to Junk Email.
Use the Blacklist function of email settings to set up subsequent letters
1. Go to the Settings page.
2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Blacklist. Add the sender account or domain to the blacklist.
3. Use the Anti-spam Option to adjust.
Set receiving rules for rejecting emails
1. Select Receiving Rules and click Create Rule.
2. Set the Sender Equal or sender address, or Include the email username or email domain name, and select Delete Permanently if the conditions are met. This rule will be automatically executed for subsequent emails.
