Global Accelerator:DeleteBasicIpSet

Last Updated:Apr 10, 2024

Deletes the acceleration region of a basic Global Accelerator (GA) instance.

Operation description

  • If an accelerated IP address is associated with an endpoint, you cannot delete the acceleration region. You can call the DeleteBasicAccelerateIpEndpointRelation operation to disassociate the accelerated IP address from the endpoint.

  • **DeleteBasicIpSet** is an asynchronous operation. After a request is sent, the system returns a request ID and runs the task in the background. You can call the GetBasicIpSet operation to query the status of the task.

    • If the acceleration region is in the deleting state, it indicates that the acceleration region is being deleted. In this case, you can perform only query operations.
    • If the acceleration region cannot be queried, it indicates that the acceleration region is deleted.
  • The **DeleteBasicIpSet** operation cannot be repeatedly called for the same basic GA instance within a specific period of time.
