The expiration of a subscription Global Accelerator (GA) instance and basic bandwidth plan may affect your business. Make sure to renew your GA instances before they expire.
Renew a standard GA instance
- Log on to the GA console.
On the Instances page, find the GA instance that you want to renew and choose
> Instance Management > Renew in the Actions column. On the global accelerator | Renew page, set the duration, select Terms of Service, and then click Buy Now to complete the payment.
Renew a basic GA instance
- Log on to the GA console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Basic Instance.
On the Instances page, find the GA instance that you want to renew and click Renew in the Actions column.
On the global accelerator | Renew page, set the duration, select Terms of Service, and then click Buy Now to complete the payment.
Renew a basic bandwidth plan
- Log on to the GA console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Bandwidth.
On the Bandwidth page, find the bandwidth plan that you want to renew and click Renew in the Actions column.
On the Global Accelerator Bandwidth Plan | Renew page, set the duration, select Terms of Service, and then click Buy Now to complete the payment.
