If this is the first time you use Cloud Data Transfer (CDT), you must activate the service.
You can use the current CDT version to manage the billing of data transfers only for Cloud Enterprise Network (CEN).
Support for Internet-facing services such as Elastic IP Address (EIP), Elastic Compute Service (ECS), and Server Load Balancer (SLB), and also internal-facing services such as Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) Peering will be available in later versions of CDT.
