If bills are generated in Cloud Data Transfer (CDT) but you cannot use CDT to pay the bills, use corresponding cloud products to pay overdue payments.
If the balance (including cash, vouchers, and coupons) in your Alibaba Cloud account is insufficient to settle a bill, your account has an overdue payment.
To avoid impacts on your business due to stopped or released resources, add funds to your account and complete the overdue payments at your earliest convenience.
