ApsaraMQ for Kafka:Refund

This topic describes the refund policy of ApsaraMQ for Kafka.

ApsaraMQ for Kafka supports different refund rules for subscription instances and pay-as-you-go instances.

  • When you purchase a subscription instance, you make a one-off payment based on the subscription duration. ApsaraMQ for Kafka does not provide a money-back guarantee for subscription instances. If you want to unsubscribe from a subscription instance, submit a ticket.

  • Refunds are not supported for pay-as-you-go ApsaraMQ for Kafka instances because you are charged for these instances only after they are used.

If you no longer need an ApsaraMQ for Kafka instance, you can release it based on your business requirements. You are not charged for the instance after it is released. For information about how to release an instance, see Release an instance.
