Billing method | Refund rule |
Subscription | Subscription clusters are paid based on the subscription period when the clusters are created. |
Pay-as-you-go | You are billed for pay-as-you-go clusters only after you use the clusters. Refunding is not supported for pay-as-you go resources. Note If you no longer require a pay-as-you-go cluster, you can release the cluster. Before you release the cluster, make sure that data in the cluster is backed up or migrated and your business is not affected. After you release the cluster, you are no longer charged for the cluster. |
