To upgrade TLS certificates, Database Gateway restarts the servers outside China from 22:00 to 24:00 on September 23, 2021 (UTC+8), and restarts the servers in mainland China and the China (Hong Kong) region from 22:00 to 24:00 on September 24, 2021 (UTC+8). During the time windows, the DTS tasks created to migrate data from self-managed databases that are connected over Database Gateway enter the Retrying state. The DTS tasks will be resumed within a few minutes.
