Overview is the first page displayed when you enter the O&M Center. This page displays the overall operational situation of the periodically scheduled jobs in the current project, in graphs.
You can select a project from the drop-down list at the page top to view the O&M state of the project, as shown in the figure below:
This module mainly compares and makes statistical data for the fulfillment of normal periodically scheduled jobs for today, yesterday, and an average history level. Where there are sharp misalignments between the three curves, it may indicate exceptions within a certain period of time, and further checks and analyses are required as a result.
The above straight line graph shows the progress of all types of jobs in the current project within the period of 00:00 to 24:00 on the same day, including fulfillment of today’s jobs, fulfillment of yesterday’s jobs and average history fulfillment levels, highlighted in three different colors, respectively.You can click the status statistical boxes on top of the line graph to jump to the node instance page and view the node details in the current status.
In addition, you can click the three buttons at the top right corner of the statistical graph to filter nodes, refresh the statistical graph, or make other queries.
■ Filter nodes : You can customize the filtering of job fulfillment for different node types, as shown in the figure below:
■ Refresh statistics graph : You can click the button to refresh the current statistics graph.
■ More : A click on the More button will take you to the following page, on which you can customize the time to execute jobs.
This section displays the number of currently running jobs by time. You can view the peak number of concurrent jobs at a specific time, and decide whether to avoid the concurrency peak to adjust the scheduled run time;
You can view all the jobs in the current project, or you can check several projects you have the permission for, to view the total number of running jobs under the projects.
This section displays a ranklist of jobs by execution duration within the operational period in the current project. The last top ten jobs are displayed by default. The node ID, owner, and execution duration of the job are displayed, as shown in the figure below:
This section displays the top ten jobs by execution duration among all jobs in the project that the current user has permissions for. Well optimized jobs can be removed. The jobs are displayed based on the operational date. You can switch the operational date to view the ranklists for other dates.In addition, you can switch the operational date to view the ranklists for other dates.
The top ten jobs with the most errors in the last 30 days are listed. The node ID, owner, and errors of the job are displayed, as shown below:
You can click a node ID to jump to the node error history details page, as shown below:
You can view the name, ID, type, owner, publish date, cycle type, and time expression of the node on the node error history details page. At the same time, you can view the node error details in the history list, including the instance ID, operational date, start time and end time of the node, error cause, and detailed logs.
You can also filter out a list of the error nodes based on the operational date. Click the button and you can start to filter the nodes by operational date. In addition, you can click the button to customize the node error history list (whether to display column name).
This section displays the total number of current jobs, the job count changes compared with yesterday, the job count changes compared with last week, and the job count changes compared with last month.
This section displays the data about job distribution based on the proportion of different types of jobs by node count and the number of job types.
Move the mouse over a sector and the proportion of the node type and the specific job number will be displayed.
