Log on to the Data Management and click Global View. The Global View page appears. The statistics are estimated based on all projects that created by this primary account and its sub-accounts and the data information on the whole page is generated offline, which means the data information on the page is the statistics of the previous day.
Items on the Global View page are described as follows:
Total project quantity, total table quantity, storage used, and CPU usage: These items refer to the total number of project spaces, the total number of data tables, the storage volume utilized by data tables, and the calculation workload (CPU per minute or second) consumed when tasks are running within the organization.
Project kinship distribution chart: The kinship between project spaces in the organization is featured in a network view. The arc represents a project space. Project spaces that have a kinship are connected by a line.
Project kinship distribution table: From the organizational perspective, the project space where the upstream tables reside is displayed in the left, and the project space where the downstream tables reside is displayed in the right. The total number indicates the number of kinship relations between two project spaces.
Top projects by storage use: The top ten project spaces in terms of the storage used within the organization.
Top tables by storage use: The top ten data tables in terms of the storage used within the organization. You can click a specific table name to enter the table details page.
Popular tables: The top 10 data tables that are most frequently referenced within the organization. You can click a specific table name to enter the table details page.
