Usage of Web Hosting has the following restrictions:

  • You can log on to Web Hosting instances only through FTP, and can only manage files on the located website. You cannot log on to and manage Web Hosting instances through SSH.

  • You can only access PHP files and static webpages.

  • A Web Hosting instance can process a maximum of 1,000 access requests per second (1000 QPS). If more than 1,000 connections are requested, the Web Hosting instance will be suspended.

  • A maximum of 10 MySQL database concurrent threads are allowed.

  • A Web Hosting instance cannot occupy additional resources if it is already exceeding the following thresholds:

    • 25% of a CPU kernel.
    • 512 MB RAM.
    • 100 active processes.
    • 1 MB/s disk IO.

If resources exceed the preceding thresholds, the instance will run slowly or be suspended.

  • The total number of files and folders at a site cannot exceed 200,000.

  • Running programs or scripts that occupy a large number of resources on Web Hosting instances, and other activities that affect the server and overall network stability, are restricted.
