The following are policies for overdue payment.
If an instance payment becomes overdue, we will notify you by email to make the payment and renew the service. You will be able to continue to use the instance for another 15 days. The service will not be affected if the payment is made within 15 days.
If the payment is not made after the instance is overdue for 15 days, the service will be suspended, and the instance will not be charged. We will reserve the instance and related data for another 15 days.
If you recharge the delinquent instance within 15 days after the service is suspended, the instance will be automatically restarted.
If you do not recharge your delinquent account within 15 days after the service is stopped, the instance will be released.
An email reminder will be sent to you one day before the instance is released. Once the instance is released, the configuration data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
You can renew a Web Hosting instance on the console to avoid any instance suspension or release.
Log on to the Web Hosting console.
On the Host list page, find the target instance and click Renew.
On the Renew page, select a duration and read the Web Hosting Product Terms.
Select the Web Hosting Product Terms check box and click Place Order.
