Supports file distribution over the internal network

You can now distribute files and applications over the internal network. Using the SendFile API operation, you can download a file or an application package from the Internet, cache it in an OSS bucket in the same region under your account, and then distribute it to all other cloud phones over the internal network. This method consumes only a small amount of Internet traffic, but incurs additional fees for OSS storage.
