Alibaba Cloud and DigiCert make a joint statement discontinuing DigiCert certificates temporarily. Starting August 3, 2021, 00:00, the entry point to place an order on DigiCert certificates is temporarily closed at the International site (alibabacloud.com). You can no longer purchase DigiCert certificates from the site. However, you can still purchase GlobalSign and Entrust certificates.
After DigiCert certificates hit the store shelves again, you can purchase them at the International site (alibabacloud.com). We will make announcements when DigiCert certificates become available in the future.
- If you have purchased a DigiCert certificate instance from the International site (alibabacloud.com) but have not applied for the certificate, submit a ticket to request a refund.
- If you have applied for the certificate but your application is still being validated, the application is not affected. In addition, issued DigiCert certificates are not affected.
