Usage notes

Data Management (DMS) allows you to view the performance monitoring information of Dify instances created after April 3, 2025. If your Dify instance is created before April 3, 2025, you can redeploy the Dify instance to view performance monitoring information.

View performance monitoring information of a Dify instance

1. Log on to the CloudMonitor console.

2. Select the product, region where the Dify instance is deployed, and the Dify instance.

   Note

   If your Alibaba Cloud account does not have a Dify instance or if the Dify instance created before April 3, 2025 is not redeployed, no instances are available on the monitoring page.

3. View the performance monitoring information of the Dify instance.

   Note

   • The name of the Dify instance is in the dms-dify-{workspace ID} format. You can view the instance name in the DMS workspace.

   • The instance search feature is not supported.

4. (Optional) Click the drop-down list to switch between different components and view the monitoring information of the corresponding component. If you configure two replicas when deploying the Dify instance, the monitoring data from both replicas is aggregated by average values.

Redeploy a Dify instance

1. Go to the workspace.

2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose > Dify.

3. On the Resource management page, click the Dify tab and then click Redeploy.

   Important

   The redeployment process takes three to five minutes. The Dify service is automatically interrupted when you redeploy the Dify instance. We recommend that you redeploy the Dify instance during off-peak hours.

4. View the progress of the Dify redeployment.

   If the Dify status is Running, the redeployment is successful. Go to the CloudMonitor console to view the performance monitoring information of the Dify instance.

View the workspace ID

After you enter the workspace, choose > Workspace Management in the lower-left corner to view the workspace ID.
