Tair (Redis OSS-compatible) has upgraded the connection usage metric for proxy nodes on the Performance Monitoring page.
Upgrade details
The following metric is upgraded.

The value of this metric is calculated by using the following formula: Number of used connections ÷ Maximum number of connections supported by the proxy node. The calculation logic of connection usage on a single proxy node is optimized, which improves the accuracy of query results.
The canary upgrade is expected to start region by region from December 17 to December 31, 2024.
Impacts and recommendations
This upgrade involves only the return value of the preceding metric and has no impact on your business.
After the upgrade, the value of the monitoring metric may change. If you have configured monitoring alerts for the metric, take note of new alerts that may be generated after the upgrade. The alerts are not false positives. Follow the standard procedures to handle the alerts.
