You can query the operation logs of the current user by time period in E-HPC Portal and check whether exceptions exist. The operation logs record the operations of the user over the previous 30 days, such as logging on to E-HPC Portal, submitting jobs, or querying jobs. This topic describes how to view cluster logs by using E-HPC Portal.
Limits
Only the root user can log on to E-HPC Portal to view logs. Other users cannot view logs in E-HPC Portal.
Procedure
Log on to E-HPC Portal.

Click the Log Management tab to view the logs.
Optional. In the left-side Log Filtering section, specify the parameters to filter logs. The following table describes the parameters.

Select the time range within which you want to view logs.
By Time
Valid values: 1 Hour, 4 Hours, 12 Hours, 1 Day, and 1 Week.
By Level
Valid values:
info: records general information such as the process and status information of program execution.
error: records errors that need to be resolved.
