How do I prepare for sending Viber Business Messages?

You need to create a Viber channel, apply for a Viber service account, submit the application information, and wait for approval. After your information is approved, you will obtain a service ID. After the service ID is associated, you can send Viber Business Messages.

Which countries can I send Viber Business Messages to?

Viber provides services for more than 1 billion active users and about 0.26 billion monthly active users in over 190 countries and regions, and supports more than 60 languages. The users are mainly from Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Viber is also popular in areas such as North Africa, South Asia, and Latin America.
