Call the CreateVpcEndpoint to create an endpoint under the service account VPC to connect to the endpoint service under the user VPC to connect to the network in one direction.

  • true: A check request is sent and no endpoint is created. The system checks whether your AccessKey pair is valid, whether the Resource Access Management (RAM) user is authorized, and whether required parameters are set.
  • false (default): The endpoint is created immediately.
