After you create an ALB instance, you can view details of the ALB instance.
- Log on to the ALB console.
- In the top navigation bar, select the region where the ALB instance is deployed.
- On the Instances page, click the ID of the ALB instance.
- Click the Instance Details tab to view the details of the ALB instance.
The following table describes the instance states and whether the specified operations are supported.

The ALB instance resumes after the associated instances are unlocked. No. Locked (Associated Resources Released): The EIPs or EIP bandwidth plans that are associated with the ALB instance are released due to overdue payments. The ALB instance is unavailable and we recommend that you release it. Yes.
