If you no longer need to perform CIS compliance checks on resources, you can delete the related CIS compliance package. After you delete a CIS compliance package, all the rules that are prefixed with the name of the CIS compliance package are deleted. All the previous check results and reports for the CIS compliance package are also deleted.

Standard account

  1. Log on to the Cloud Config console.
  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Compliance Package.
  3. On the Compliance Package page, click Delete in the Actions column of the required CIS compliance package.
  4. In the Delete message, click OK.

Enterprise management account

  1. Log on to the Cloud Config console.
  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Compliance Package.
  3. On the Compliance Package page, click the required account group tab.
  4. On the required account group tab, click Delete in the Actions column of the required CIS compliance package.
  5. In the Delete message, click OK.
