This topic describes how Alibaba Cloud Public DNS processes overdue payments and refunds.
If your account has an overdue payment for Public DNS, you are given a 24-hour grace period. You are charged for using Public DNS during the grace period.
You must pay off the overdue bill during the 24-hour grace period. Otherwise, the Public DNS service is suspended for your account.
The service can be resumed after you pay off the overdue bill.
If your bill is overdue for 360 hours, all data of Public DNS in your account is deleted and cannot be recovered.
To apply for a refund, submit a ticket.
