What do I do if I did not receive an email notification about a node run failure?

  • Problem description: I configured the required parameters in the intelligent monitoring system in Operation Center. However, I did not receive an alert notification by email after a node failed to run.
  • Cause:

    The email address of the alert recipient that you configured is invalid.

    If a DataWorks node fails to run, the system sends an alert notification to the email address of the alert recipient that you configured in the intelligent monitoring system in Operation Center. If the email address is invalid, the system sends the alert notification to the recipient that you configured on the Manage Contacts page, which appears after you click Manage Contacts in the upper-right corner of the Common Settings page of your Alibaba Cloud account.     In the upper-right corner of the Operation Center page, click the account name. In the panel that appears, click User Info in the Menu section. In the User Info dialog box, view or change the email address and phone number.
    Note If a RAM user is used, only the Alibaba Cloud account to which the RAM user belongs can change the email address and phone number of the RAM user.
