If you run a data synchronization node in Data Integration on the shared resource group for Data Integration or on an exclusive resource group for Data Integration, Internet traffic may be generated during data transmission. You are charged for the generated Internet traffic based on the pay-as-you-go billing method. This topic describes the billing details of Internet traffic generated by Data Integration.
Billing principle
If you configure a public IP address when you add a data source to DataWorks, fees for Internet traffic are generated when you run a data synchronization node that is configured for the data source. You can view the nodes for which Internet traffic is generated in Operation Center. To view the nodes, perform the following operations: Go to Operation Center and click the Data Integration tab of the Overview page. In the Synchronization task execution details section of the Data integration tab, select Yes from the Whether there is public network traffic drop-down list.
Billable item
Billing cycle and price
Billable item | Billing cycle | Price |
---|---|---|
Internet traffic that is generated by Data Integration | Hourly | USD 0.12/GB |
Deduction
The billing system calculates the fee for the previous hour and generates a bill at the beginning of each hour. Then, the actual fee is deducted from the balance of your Alibaba Cloud account.
Overdue payments
- If your bill is overdue for more than 360 hours, the service is suspended. In this case, instances that have not been run cannot be started, but instances that have been started can run until they are finished.
- If you top up your account within 360 hours after your bill becomes overdue, the service is not suspended.
- If your bill becomes overdue again after settlement, you are given another 360-hour grace period before the service is suspended.
