This topic describes the errors that may occur in Data Transmission Service (DTS). You can troubleshoot these errors based on the error codes and error messages.

Error code Error message Troubleshooting method
DTS-30018 The column does not exist. Check whether the field of the corresponding table exists based on the error message.
DTS-30019 The column does not exist. Check whether the field of the corresponding table exists based on the error message.
DTS-70019 The column does not exist. Check whether the field of the corresponding table exists based on the error message.
DTS-10046 The SQL statements are not executed as expected. In most cases, the system displays the error message specific to a database together with this error code. Check the SQL statements mentioned in the error message and fix the error.
DTS-30020 The SQL statements are not executed as expected. In most cases, the system displays the error message specific to a database together with this error code. Check the SQL statements mentioned in the error message and fix the error.
DTS-70004 The SQL statements are not executed as expected. In most cases, the system displays the error message specific to a database together with this error code. Check the SQL statements mentioned in the error message and fix the error.
DTS-70002 The database cannot be connected, or the corresponding database or table does not exist. Check the database connection and whether the corresponding database or table exists based on the error message.
DTS-11001 Failed to convert the data types of the source database into those of the destination database. Check whether the data types of the source table matches those of the destination table. In addition, check whether the column values can be converted. For more information, see Data type mappings between heterogeneous databases.
DTS-71001 Failed to convert the data types of the source database into those of the destination database. Check whether the data types of the source table matches those of the destination table. In addition, check whether the column values can be converted. For more information, see Data type mappings between heterogeneous databases.
DTS-60001 Failed to connect to the source database. Check the following items based on the error message:
  • Check the status of the source database.
  • Check whether the account password is changed.
  • Check whether the whitelist settings are valid. For more information, see Whitelist DTS IP ranges for your user-created database.
  • Check whether the connections to the source database has reached the upper limit.
DTS-61015 Failed to connect to the source database. Check the following items based on the error message:
  • Check the status of the source database.
  • Check whether the account password is changed.
  • Check whether the whitelist settings are valid. For more information, see Whitelist DTS IP ranges for your user-created database.
  • Check whether the connections to the source database has reached the upper limit.
DTS-71016 Failed to connect to the destination database. Check the following items based on the error message:
  • Check the status of the destination database.
  • Check whether the account password is changed.
  • Check whether the whitelist settings are valid. For more information, see Whitelist DTS IP ranges for your user-created database.
  • Check whether the connections to the destination database has reached the upper limit.
DTS-10015 Failed to connect to the Redis database. Check whether the Redis database is available.
