From January 13, 2021, the name of a topic or queue in MNS cannot exceed 120 characters in length. If this limit is reached, the topic or queue fails to be created.
The limit does not affect the topics or queues that were created before January 13, 2021. However, the limit affects the topics or queues that are created after January 13, 2021.
