This topic describes how to add an HBase data source.

Configure automatic association in the console

Lindorm Tunnel Service (LTS) and your ApsaraDB for HBase cluster are in the same virtual private cloud (VPC).
  1. Log on to the Database HBase Console
  2. On the Cluster, click the BDS target instance.Cluster
  3. Select Data Source Management in the left navigation bar, and click Add data source.Add data sourcs
  4. Add a data source on the Add data source pop-up page.add data source
  5. After the association, log on to the LTS web UI and click Data Source Manage to view the associated data source.view data source

Manually add an HBase data source

  • Your cluster is a user-created HBase cluster.
  • Your cluster is an E-MapReduce HBase cluster.
  • Your ApsaraDB for HBase and LTS clusters are deployed in different VPCs.
  1. Log on to the LTS web UI. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Data Source Manage > Data Source List.
  2. On the Data Source Manage page, click Add data source.view data source
  3. On the Add data source page, configure the following parameters.
    Parameter Description
    Name The name of the cluster. The name can contain only digits and letters.
    Data Source Type Select HBase.

    • clusterKey":"xxxzkhost1,xxxzkhost2,xxxzkhost3:2181:/xxxhbase: the Zookeeper node, the port number, and the HBase node in Zookeeper
    • hbaseDir":"/xxxhbase: the root path of your HBase cluster in the Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS)
    • hdfsUri":"hdfs://xxxnn1:8020,xxxnn2:8020: the name and the port number of the NameNode
    Cluster/etc/hosts (Only EMR or OpenSource Cluster needed) Optional.
  4. Click Add. The HBase cluster information is added.
