The log management feature allows you to download log files and deliver real-time logs. You can create a task to deliver logs to Log Service. Then, you can analyze the logs to detect and identify issues. This topic describes how to download log files and deliver real-time logs.

Download log files

  • Log download rules
    • You can download only the logs that are generated in the last 30 days. Log files are generated on an hourly basis.
    • Typically, log files are generated at a latency of 4 hours. If a large amount of data is accumulated, the latency may exceed 24 hours.
    • Log files are named in the format of Domain name for CDN_Year_Month_Day_StartTime_EndTime, Example: www.example.com_2021_01_06_000000_010000.gz.
  • Procedure

    You can download log files on the Log Management page in the ApsaraVideo Live console. For more information, see Log management.
