You can call this operation to restore a disk from one of its snapshots.

Description

Before you call this operation, make sure that the following operations are performed:

  • The data that you want to retain in the disk is backed up.
    Note The disk restoration operation is irreversible. After you call this operation for a disk, the disk is restored to the state it was in when the snapshot was created, and you lose all the data changes that occurred between the time when the snapshot was created and the time when the disk is restored. Make sure that data is backed up before you restore the disk.
  • The cloud desktop whose disk you want to restore is stopped.
