After you create a resource in Quick BI, you can manage the resource based on your business requirements. If you want to allow other users to view or modify the resource, you must grant the users the operation permissions on the resource. This topic describes how to manage the permissions on resources. Quick BI supports the following types of resources: business intelligence (BI) portals, dashboards, workbooks, ad hoc queries, downloads, forms, IntelligentQ, datasets, and data sources.

Permission management

Enterprises need to manage the permissions to view or edit resources in a fine-grained manner.
