This topic describes how to delete a transit router of the enterprise edition. After you delete a transit router in a Cloud Enterprise Network (CEN) instance, network instances that are deployed in the region where the transit router is deployed cannot connect to the CEN instance.

Prerequisites

Before you delete a transit router, make sure that the following requirements are met:
  • The transit router that you want to delete is of the enterprise edition. For more information about how to view the edition of a transit router, see View the edition of a transit router.
  • If the transit router that you want to delete is connected to a network instance in the same region, delete the connection first. For more information, see Delete a network instance connection.
  • If the transit router that you want to delete is connected to a network instance in a different region, delete the connection first. For more information, see Delete a cross-region connection.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the CEN console.
  2. On the Instances page, click the ID of the CEN instance that you want to manage.
  3. On the CEN details page, find the transit router that you want to delete.
  4. In the Actions column, click Delete.
  5. In the Delete Transit Router message, confirm the ID of the transit router that you want to delete and click OK.
