WUYING Workspace:Change an associated policy

Last Updated:Mar 06, 2024

If a policy that is associated with a cloud computer or a cloud computer pool (formerly desktop group) no longer meet your business requirements, you can change settings of the policy. However, this method applies for custom policies. If you associate a system policy with a cloud computer, the preset settings cannot be modified. In this case, you can replace the system policy with another one that best suits your needs. This topic describes how to change a policy that is associated with a cloud computer.

Background

  • A cloud computer or a cloud computer pool must be associated with a policy, in which the Valid IP Address parameter is set to All CIDR Block.

  • A cloud computer or a cloud computer pool can be associated with up to four policies, in which the Valid IP Address parameter is set to Specific CIDR Block. The priority of the policies is determined by the display order of the policies. A policy that has a lower order number has higher priority. If no CIDR block is specified on which a policy to take effect, the policy has the lowest priority.
