You can check whether the quota is adjustable in the Quota Center console.
Go to the General Quotas page of the Quota Center console.
If Apply is displayed in the Actions column of a quota, you can click Apply to submit an application to increase the quota.
If Submit Ticket is displayed in the Actions column, you can submit a ticket to increase the quota.
If The number of quotas cannot be changed is displayed in the Actions column, the quota cannot be increased.
