Cloud Enterprise Network:Roll back a migration

Last Updated:Oct 10, 2023

This topic describes how to roll back a migration by modifying routes.

You can choose one of the following rollback solutions based on how your network instances are migrated:

  • Migrations with transient connection errors: re-add the deleted static routes of the peering connection. In addition, you must delete the CEN routes that are more specific than or have the same destination as the re-added static routes.

  • Seamless migrations: re-add the deleted specific routes.

Note

If Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) routes are configured on the migrated virtual border router (VBR), you must also roll back the route advertisement.
