To improve user experience and reduce operational costs, Data Management (DMS) allows you to share the SQLConsole tab of a database or a ticket with other users by generating a share link. This topic describes how to generate a share link for the SQLConsole tab of a database or a ticket.

Background information

You can use a share link to achieve the following benefits:
  • Share the SQLConsole tab, including the SQL statements that you entered on this tab, of a database with a new employee to familiarize the employee with the business.
  • Share historical tickets with a security administrator for auditing.
  • Share historical data change tickets with a new employee who wants to obtain historical change records of relevant databases.
