Query the alert history

Alert events are the per-minute alert judgment results, including the alert-triggered events that meet the alert trigger conditions, and the alert-not-triggered events that do not meet the alert trigger conditions. On the Alert History tab, you can view the records of alert-not-triggered events, history of alert-triggered events, and alert notifications sent to specified alert contacts after an alert rule is triggered.

  1. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Alerts > Alert History.
  2. On the Alarm Policies page, click the Alert History tab.
  3. On the Alert History tab, set the Trigger State and Alarm Name parameters and click Search.

The line charts and column charts on the Alert History tab display information including the relationships between alert data and alert-triggered events, and the alert trigger details. The line charts display the alert data and the column charts display the alert events.

  4. Click the Alert Event History tab in the lower part of the page to view the history of alert events.
Note Alert notifications are sent only when the alert rule is in the Triggered state. In this state, a red dot is displayed in the Trigger column.
  5. Click the Alarm Post History tab in the lower part of the page to view the history of alert notifications that are sent for triggered alerts. The alert notifications include text messages and emails.
