How long can ARMS report data be retained on a server?

By default, the data is retained for six months.

How to turn off application monitoring Agent?

If you want to stop monitoring an application during the application monitoring, disable the arms Agent for the application. To restore application monitoring by ARMS, enable the ARMS Agent for this application. The procedure is as follows:

  1. Log on to the ARMS console.
  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Application monitoring > Application list . On the top of the applications page, select a region.
  3. On the applications page, find the application for which you want to stop billing and click its name.
  4. In the left-side navigation pane, click application settings .
  5. On the application settings page, click custom configuration . In the Agent switch configuration section, disable the Agent .

How do I disable browser monitoring?

If you want to stop browser monitoring for an application, delete the application from the monitored application list. Specifically, perform the following operations:

Warning Deletion is irreversable. Be cautious when performing this operation.
  1. Log on to the ARMS console.
  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click browser monitoring .
  3. On the browser monitoring page, find the target application and click actions in the settings column.
  4. On the settings page, click the other settings tab.
  5. On the other settings tab, click delete site . In the confirmation dialog box, click OK .
