Delete an SAG CPE or SAG vCPE instance

Before you delete an SAG instance, make sure that the following requirements are met:
  • The SAG instance to be deleted is not associated with a Cloud Connect Network (CCN) instance or a virtual border router (VBR). If the SAG instance is associated with a CCN instance or a VBR, disassociate the SAG instance from the CCN instance or VBR before you delete the SAG instance. For more information, see Detach a network instance.
  • The SAG instance has been locked for more than seven days due to overdue payments. For more information about the status of an SAG instance, see Monitor the status of an SAG device.
  1. Log on to the SAG console.
  2. In the top navigation bar, select the region.
  3. On the Smart Access Gateway page, find the SAG instance that you want to delete and choose More > Delete in the Actions column.
  4. In the Delete SAG Instance message that appears, confirm the SAG instance information and click OK.
