Last Updated:Feb 02, 2024

Tags can help you classify stacks and manage stacks in a centralized manner. This topic describes how to create a tag to manage a stack in Resource Orchestration Service (ROS).

Scenarios

If you want to manage a large number of stacks at different degrees, you can classify the stacks by resource type and create different tags for the stacks. Then, you can use different types of tags to manage and query the stacks. You can also use tags to implement access control and permission management for the stacks.
