This topic describes the differences between virus blocking and the anti-virus feature.

After you enable virus blocking, Security Center automatically quarantines common viruses and displays quarantine records on the Alerts page. If virus blocking is disabled, Security Center only sends alerts to you if viruses are detected on your servers.
