Call CreateVpcEndpoint to create an access endpoint for a ledger instance in a VPC.

The Ledger instance ID that needs to be created to access the endpoint.

The ID of the VPC to which the endpoint belongs.

The ID of the vSwitch to which the access endpoint belongs.

This parameter ensures the idempotency of each request. Each client generates a unique token to identify different requests. Only ASCII characters are allowed. It can contain up to 64 ASCII characters.
