You can renew a Smart Access Gateway (SAG) app instance and change its specification. The new specification takes effect after the renewal takes effect.
Procedure
- Log on to the SAG console.
In the top navigation bar, select the region of the SAG app instance.
- In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
- On the Smart Access Gateway App page, find the SAG app instance and choose in the Actions column.
On the Smart Access Gateway APP | Renew and Change Configuration page, configure the Number of Client Accounts and Duration parameters, read and select the Terms of Service, click Buy Now, and then complete the payment.
NoteThe number of client accounts must be a multiple of five.
