You can renew an SAG APP instance and upgrade or downgrade the specification. The new specification takes effect when the renewed subscription period starts.


  1. Log on to the SAG console.
  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Smart Access Gateway APP.
  3. On the Smart Access Gateway APP page, find the target instance and click The More icon in the Actions column.
  4. Click Renew and Modify Configuration.
  5. On the Renew and Change Configuration page, specify the Number of Client Accounts andSubscription Duration, select Smart Access Gateway APP Terms of Service, and then complete the payment.
    Note The number of client accounts must be a multiple of five.
