This topic describes how to configure route advertisement policies for Smart Access Gateway (SAG) devices in the SAG console.

Prerequisites

Route advertisement is enabled. Route advertisement is unavailable by default. To enable route advertisement, contact your account manager.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the SAG console.
  2. Use one of the following methods to open the Network Configuration tab:
    • Click the ID of the SAG instance. On the instance details page, click the Network Configuration tab.
    • Find the SAG instance and click Network Configuration in the Actions column.
  3. In the left-side navigation tree, click Routes.
  4. Find the destination CIDR block.
    • To configure the policy for advertising routes to your private network, click Edit icon in the Publish to On-premises column and select a policy.
    • To configure the policy for advertising routes to Alibaba Cloud, click Edit icon in the Health Check Actions column and select a policy.
Note An Alibaba Cloud-facing route routes network traffic from the on-premises network to Alibaba Cloud, excluding the route that connects the SAG device and switch. If network traffic is routed from the on-premises network to Alibaba Cloud through static routing, you can add static routes. For more information, see Advertise routes to Alibaba Cloud.
