Manage alert contacts

You can use the alert service of DAS (formerly known as HDM) to configure and manage alert contacts and contact groups.

Add alert contacts

  1. Log on to the DAS console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Alert Service > Alert Contacts.

  3. On the Alert Contacts page, click Add Contact in the upper-right corner.

    You can also click Synchronize CloudMonitor Contacts.

  4. In the Add Contact dialog box that appears, configure the parameters described in the following table. Then, click Save.

    Parameter Description
    Full Name Enter the name of the alert contact.
    Phone Number Enter the mobile phone number of the alert contact.
    Email Enter the email address of the alert contact.
    DingTalk Chatbot Enter the webhook URL of the chatbot for the DingTalk group where the alert contact is a member. For information about how to obtain the webhook URL of a DingTalk chatbot, see Obtain the webhook URL of a DingTalk chatbot.
    Add to Existing Contact Group Select an existing contact group.

Add contact groups

  1. Log on to the DAS console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Alert Service > Alert Contacts.

  3. Click the Alert Contact Groups tab. Then, click Add Contact Group in the upper-right corner.

  4. In the Add Contact Group dialog box that appears, configure the parameters described in the following table. Then, click OK.

    Parameter Description
    Group Name Enter a name for the contact group.
    Note Add notes for the contact group.
    Select Contacts Select existing contacts or create a contact.
