After you add hosts to a host group, you can authorize the hosts at a time. This topic describes how to add or remove hosts to or from a host group.

Add hosts to a host group

  1. Log on to the Bastionhost system. For more information, see Log on to Bastionhost.
  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Assets > Host Groups.
  3. On the Host Groups page, click the name of the host group to which you want to add hosts.
  4. In the pane that appears, click Add Member on the Members tab.Add hosts to a host group (1)
  5. In the Add Member dialog box, select the hosts that you want to add and click Add in the lower-left corner.

    Note To add a single host, click Add in the Actions column. In the message that appears, click Add.

Remove hosts from a host group

  1. Log on to the Bastionhost system. For more information, see Log on to Bastionhost.
  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Assets > Host Groups.
  3. On the Host Groups page, click the name of the host group to which you want to add hosts.
  4. On the Members tab of the pane that appears, select the hosts that you want to remove and click Remove in the lower-left corner.Remove hosts from a host group
    Note To remove a single host, click Remove in the Actions column. In the message that appears, click Remove.
