This article mainly introduces how to ensure that your accelerated domain name can be accessed after the filing information of the domain name fails.

According to relevant laws and regulations in mainland China, Alibaba Cloud CDN cannot provide acceleration services for unfiled domain names. Therefore, when your acceleration region is Mainland China or Global and the ICP filing information of your domain name is invalid, the Alibaba Cloud CDN will stop its acceleration service according to law. See the following two methods to handle domain names that are not filed or have an invalid filing.

Solution 1

If you only need to accelerate overseas resources, we recommend that you change the acceleration region of the domain name to Global (excluding Mainland China). This region does not use mainland China nodes and does not provide acceleration services for mainland China regions. Prices vary for different acceleration regions. Please refer to the Alibaba Cloud Content Delivery Network price details for details.

  1. Log in to the Alibaba Cloud Content Delivery Network console.
  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Domain Names.
  3. On the Domain Names page, click Manage for the target domain name.
  4. In the Basic Information section, click Modify.
  5. On the Acceleration Area page, change Acceleration Area to Global (Excluding Mainland China), and click OK.
    Change the accelerated region

Solution 2

It is recommended that you temporarily resolve your business back to the source site and re-accelerate your business resources after the domain name is successfully filed. In this example, a domain name whose registrar is Alibaba Cloud is used to demonstrate how to resolve a domain name to the origin server. If your domain name uses other registrars, you must complete the settings in the system of the registrar. The procedure is similar to the one described in this example.

  1. Log on to the Alibaba Cloud DNS console.
  2. On the Domain Name Resolution page, find your domain name and click Resolution Settings at the right of the domain name.
  3. Click Add Record to modify the CNAME to a A record. The specific parameter information of
