Billing cycle

You are billed for a subscription Elasticsearch or Logstash cluster based on its subscription duration, which is in UTC+8. The billing cycle of the cluster starts when the cluster is created or renewed and ends at 00:00:00 on the day after the expiration day. The start time is accurate to the second.

Note If your Alibaba Cloud account has overdue payments, the system may suspend your cluster and send you a suspension notification. You must top up your account within a specific period. If you do not top up your account within this period, the system suspends or releases your cluster. For more information about the changes in the status of a cluster after a payment becomes overdue, see Overdue payments and cluster suspension or release.
