When you call a Web+ API operation, the system sends an HTTP request to the Container Service server and adds the parameters required by the operation to the request. After the operation is called, the system will return the result. Requests and responses are encoded by using the UTF-8 character set.

Endpoint

The Web+ API endpoint is webplus.cn-hangzhou.aliyuncs.com.

Protocol

You can send API requests over HTTP or HTTPS. We recommend that you send requests over HTTPS to enhance security.

Request syntax

Web+ provides a RESTful API for you. The request structure is as follows:

HTTPMethod /resource_URI_parameters
RequestHeader
RequestBody
where:
  • HTTPMethod: the method of the HTTP request, such as PUT, POST, GET, and DELETE.
  • resource_URI_parameters: the uniform identifier of the resource to call, for example, /cluster.
  • RequestHeader: the request header, which usually contains information such as the API version, host, and authorization information. For more information, see Common request and response headers.

    Request parameters consist of common request headers and custom API parameters. Common request headers contain information such as the API version and authentication information.

  • RequestBody: the request parameters.

Example:

http://webplus.cn-hangzhou.aliyuncs.com/pop/v1/wam/application?ServiceCode=webx&<Common request parameters>
{
  "AppName","app1",
  "AppDescription","This is an application",
  "CategoryName","Java",
}

Request encoding

Requests and responses are encoded by using the UTF-8 character set.
