This topic describes how to renew a Smart Access Gateway (SAG) app instance before the payment is overdue to prevent service interruptions.
Procedure
- Log on to the SAG console.
- In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
- In the top navigation bar, select the region where the SAG app instance is deployed.
- On the SAG App Instances page, find the SAG app instance that you want to manage.
- Choose Actions column. in the
- On the Renew page, set Duration.
- Select the Smart Access Gateway Terms of Service check box, click Buy Now, and then complete the payment.
